Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and reflects the legal gambling age applicable under Philippine law. 90ji reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any winnings derived from play during the period of ineligibility.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 90ji does not represent that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

Registration of an Account constitutes a representation by the Player that all provided information is true, accurate, and complete. 90ji is not liable for any loss arising from a Player providing false or inaccurate information.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where 90ji identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts, all Accounts beyond the first registered will be suspended, all Bonus Balances will be forfeited, and any winnings earned using Bonus funds will be void. 90ji reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with the individual.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. 90ji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. You must not share your login details with any third party. 90ji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations, 90ji requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. 90ji may request additional documentation at any time and may suspend withdrawal processing pending successful verification.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 90ji customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding withdrawal conditions.
90ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 90ji does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions.
The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a relevant promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 90ji, though individual payment providers may impose transaction limits.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to 24 hours. 90ji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing pending completion of such checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit to the same Account. 90ji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to different individuals, or payment methods not previously used on the Account. Funds suspected of being proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, or any prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players as specified in the relevant promotion terms. 90ji reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, exploiting software errors, or systematically hedging bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses granted by 90ji are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute between 10% and 25%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion details.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified promotional period, or where wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.
Note: 90ji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
All games available on the 90ji Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from licensed game providers including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Fachai. 90ji does not modify or interfere with game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are independently certified.
In the event of a game error, malfunction, or technical fault, 90ji reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by such error. Where a bet has been accepted and a game round has completed without technical fault, the result stands. Players who believe they have experienced a game error should contact 90ji support within 24 hours of the incident.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game title and Player account status. 90ji reserves the right to impose additional bet restrictions on individual Accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90ji shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability, technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays; or (d) any gambling losses incurred by Players.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 90ji's liability for death or personal injury resulting from 90ji's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 90ji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
90ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. A full description of how 90ji handles your personal information is set out in the 90ji Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and account management.
90ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 90ji will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Players who do not agree to revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact 90ji support to arrange Account closure and return of any Real Money Balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact 90ji customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the competent regulatory authority for Philippine-licensed online gaming operators.
Players and 90ji submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process.
