90ji engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment partners), fraud detection services, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, and customer support platform operators. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Certain anonymized or pseudonymized game session data may be shared with game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Fachai, and others) for the purpose of game operation, technical fault investigation, and RNG audit compliance. Personal identity data is not shared with game providers beyond what is strictly necessary for these purposes.
90ji may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, law enforcement agencies, or courts of the Philippines where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. 90ji will, where legally permissible, notify affected players of such disclosures.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of substantially all of 90ji's assets, personal data held by 90ji may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to continued compliance with the DPA and this Policy.

Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe 90ji has violated your data privacy rights under the DPA.
To exercise any of the above rights, contact the 90ji Data Privacy Officer using the contact details in Section 14. 90ji will respond to verified data subject requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. 90ji may request proof of identity before processing a data subject request to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
The 90ji Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 90ji does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If 90ji becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted or returned to the extent required by law, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered on the Platform should contact 90ji support immediately to report the situation and initiate Account closure.
In the ordinary course of operating the Platform, some personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting or KYC providers) maintain operations abroad. Where such transfers occur, 90ji ensures they are carried out in compliance with the DPA, including by ensuring the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection or by entering into appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient.
By using the Platform and providing your personal data, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally as described above.
90ji may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or Platform operations. Where changes are material, 90ji will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
